We called Tom on a Saturday to come and take a look at an urgent bathroom leak. He was able to come to the house shortly after we spoke and he immediately knew what the issue was as soon as he saw the leak (wax ring in our toilet needed to be replaced). He had all of the parts with him and was able to get it quickly fixed. He was reliable, professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and his prices are very reasonable. We had an old cast iron drain system that was all blocked up & leaking, they responded to my call for service and did the repairs needed right away! On Thursday afternoon, our nine-year-old Whirlpool water heater unexpectedly sprung a leak, fortunately, we caught it before it could flood the garage. Tom promptly responded and replaced it for us the following morning. This marks the fourth occasion TP Plumbing has been to our house for various jobs. I had called another company ( to remain nameless) to price the repair of an outside pipe that busted, They gave me a long and complicated explanation of the repair and an estimate of $3000. Tom called on a 1 day turnaround, then came out the next day, I sent a picture on my phone and he said it should only be about $300. The missing 0 off the price was a huge relief. He had to run grab a couple fittings so it was just tad over the $300 but I can say nothing but good things about his attitude and his work.

TP Plumbing & Drains LLC was a great company to deal with. I was without hot water for almost 5 weeks. 3 other plumbing places had kept putting me off during that time. I called T.P on Wed, ll/10/21 and they came around noon on 11/11. By 3:30 the work was done and I had hot water again. TP was not only prompt, they were efficient, did good work, were polite and professional. I would use their services again without question and recommend them to anyone looking for great work at a fair price.

TP plumbing did several jobs for us (repairing an old, shattered sewage system, installing a kitchen sink and installing two other faucets, replacing a hose bib, and several other fixes). Checked several web sites-found T.P. Plumbing on Thumbtack. He responded immediately. His price was better then all the others. Came out this morning to install 2 new heating elements that I bought previously. This was not an easy job as I tried removing the elements myself, but did I didn't have the proper tools. I would definitely use him again. In my view he is honest, knows what he is doing, doesn't try to build the job.

If you need a plumber who is brutally honest then you should only look for tom . I had an issue with thermal expansion tank and as well as my prv and had debris blocked in my kitchen faucet due to that called in three companies who gave me insane quotes to fix it .tom was referred to me by my inspector he came on time and fixed the issue with a very reasonable quote . He is very friendly and open to all suggestions . 5 star plumber for sure .
